A charge card number is required to hold group appointments of two or more. Cancellations within less than 24-hour notice may be subject to charge.

Appointments

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your initial appointment. Thereafter, please arrive at least five minutes early. If you are late, we will make every effort to make-up for the lost time. However, if an appointment is scheduled following yours, the time will be lost.

Cancellations

The courtesy of 24-hour cancellation notice is requested, so we can be of service to another client, should you need to re-schedule. We reserve the right to charge for missed appointments.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards, ATM debit cards and personal checks. A $25.00 fee will be charged for returned checks and payment in full plus the fee is required within three days of notification of the returned check.
